We understand how important the Midland Y is to this community – tens of thousands of people have benefited from our programs and services over the years – but we need the support of our community to open our doors.

“One thing about being on a ‘fixed income + cost of living allowance’ is that monthly payments are already part of our budget. Therefore to not make our payments to the Midland YMCA would be to take profit from COVID – so wrong! Our donation is approximately what we were spending when you shut down, and what we would have continued to spend until mid-March 2021, and beyond. That was our ‘normal life’ and we want you to be there ‘when we get back to normal’!”

To reopen the Midland YMCA we need to raise $500,000 to cover necessary capital repairs to the facility, as well as offset operating costs over the next twelve months. Monthly donations create a predictable revenue source during a time of much uncertainty. When you choose to become a monthly donor, you are ensuring our Y will continue to serve Midland and Surrounding communities for generations to come.
